All cottages are equiped with cable TV, VCR, Stereo, a frostfree refrigerator, microwave oven, gas stove, gas fireplace, dishes, pots, coffeemaker, toaster, dish towels and bath mats.

A private deck, yard and a BBQ available for your enjoyment. Very Private.

1 block to a large sandy beach and only 2 blocks to downtown Southampton.

Available Weekends Off Season and Weekly July through September

Please remember to bring your own bed linens and bath towels.
